Lana will provide you with a detailed written evaluation of your manuscript, commenting on the plot, theme, pacing, point of view, character, conflict, and voice, providing you with specific examples. You will receive your critique via e-mail within four weeks of manuscript receipt.

This critique includes a follow-up virtual consultation to discuss the critique and manuscript ‘next steps.’

one picture book manuscript (up to 1000 words) $220

one chapter book manuscript (up to 10,000 words) $440

 In-Depth Developmental Edit/Manuscript Critique:

The art to writing is rewriting! After receiving your initial written critique and virtual consultation, Lana will provide a follow up written critique and an additional virtual consultation on your revised manuscript. This consultation will include recommendations regarding next steps to publication.
